Shipping Policy

Every Takumi Edge Co. order ships within Australia. Free shipping on orders over $249 — a flat $16.95 below that.

Dispatch

Our knives ship direct from the workshop where they're forged, not from a local warehouse — it's part of how a 67-layer Damascus blade costs what it does here instead of twice as much. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Delivery Timeframes

Allow 10–15 business days from dispatch to delivery. Every order is tracked door to door via Australia Post, and you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way. Remote and regional addresses may take slightly longer.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday are prioritised for same-day dispatch processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. New Zealand and international shipping is coming soon — join our mailing list to be notified.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@takumiedgeco.com and we'll investigate immediately.
