Shipping Policy

Every Takumi Edge Co. order ships free across Australia. No minimum spend, no hidden fees.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our Australian warehouse. You'll receive a tracking confirmation by email once your order has left us.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery after dispatch:

• NSW / ACT / VIC: 2–4 business days
• QLD / SA / WA / TAS / NT: 3–7 business days

All orders are tracked via Australia Post. Remote and regional addresses may take slightly longer.

Order Cutoff

Orders placed before 12pm AEST Monday–Friday are prioritised for same-day processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only. New Zealand and international shipping is coming soon — join our mailing list to be notified.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, contact us at support@takumiedgeco.com and we'll investigate immediately.
