Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be confident buying from us. If something isn't right, we'll fix it — no runaround.

30-Day Returns

Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked. Items must be unused and in original condition. To start a return, email support@takumiedgeco.com with your order number and we'll arrange everything.

Return shipping costs are covered by Takumi Edge Co. for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer covers return postage.

2-Year Warranty

All Takumi Edge Co. knives are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects — including blade integrity, handle adhesion, and riveting. This covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from dishwasher use
  • Chips or breakage from impact or improper use (e.g. cutting frozen food, bones beyond the knife's design)
  • Normal edge wear that responds to honing or sharpening
  • Cosmetic wear consistent with regular use

To make a warranty claim, email us with your order number and a photo of the issue.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct product — this gets you the right item fastest.

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, photograph it before opening fully and email us within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
